The biggest issue is the state that tenants leave things in, which is of no fault of the management. If you rent here, be courteous and clean up after yourself or I am going to come looking for you.

Thank you for being fast and effective, hassle-free and with integrity. This new storage facility is the best I've seen yet. Coming from Urban Storage, also new, I love how this has the extra touch of individual unit alarms and high surveillance. The office is neat, clean and pleasant: no strange odors or dirty floors. The actual storage facilities are well-maintained and the loading dock is accessible to any location your unit is. Fast, professional and hassle-free: registration is easy, straightforward and this is a fabulous experience so far.
