After many years of being a storage customer at many different properties, I just moved in to this facility at the end of February 2024. So far things are great, and Chris Caruana is the guy to work with; he was incredibly patient and accommodating through a few changes and adjustments to find us the right unit. I worked with some other staff at this location, but none as helpful as Chris; he is a real asset to this organization.

The front desk is not always occupied so you have to wait around. But the staff of always been friendly and helpful when I can find them.

As far as storages go, it's got great hours [open to 11pm every night]. The staff is really laid back and don't come check each unit every 30 minutes and don't bug you while you're tending to your belongings. They don't care if you are sitting and taking a break... like public storage. They have a bathroom to use during office hours . You are supposed to be out by 11, but if you lose track of time and are there to 12, they don't seem to mind this. There is ample parking that is covered. Your not supposed to use their trash bins, but after hours I always sneak a few things in there... no problem. The units are very secure. The tenants are very respectful and quiet and private. They have many carts for moving your stuff [not just 2 broken ones]. So overall this place has a great sign up incentive [extra months or cheaper price]. They have never once raised the rental fee since being there for 5 years now. I keep to myself and they to theirs and aside from its storage in Seattle which is expensive and a waste of money no matter how you look at it ..... but if you gotta choose a place.... I feel this is a fair bet! You won't be dealing with petty bs like most of them do and I'm very appreciative of this.

Excellent service! Matt was always there taking care of business with a smile. I needed a large unit then planned on getting a smaller unit in a couple of months. Matt made the transition seamless and quick. The best part is the facility itself! Clean, brightly lit, security cameras everywhere, temperature controlled, sprinkler system and offers all unit sizes. If you are looking for a safe and secure place for your treasures, this is the place.

Urban Storage Rainier Brewery location is the best! I can honestly say that my experience here was outstanding. Peter and Dylan are really setting the standard for storage units in Seattle. While renting a storage unit here Peter always went above and beyond and went out of his way to show me Great customer service and made me always feel welcome and comfortable and never hesitated to go out of his way accommodate me and every way. Dylan also showed me top notch customer service expertise and was always really cool and reassured me that my stuff was safe always. Thank you guys for all your help. I personally recommend this place to anybody. Hands down a 5-star experience all across the board. I have been storing various parts of my business at Urban for the past 2 years and have never had an issue with the building and it’s staff. In fact both are great. The building is well taken care of and very clean. Staff is flexible, professional and willing to work with you during these hard times of covid 19 (It is not their goal to try to put you on an episode of storage wars and keep your property).. I appreciate them working with me and the great service they provided and highly recommend this storage facility. Shout out to Peter and Dylan for the great job they are doing!

Excellent customer service! Peter was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the process was seamless. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and in a great location. The rates are competitive and fair, and the access hours are reasonable. I would recommend this establishment to a friend or family member.
