Very easy to get the tour and rent the unit. The attendant was exceptional - helpful, good sense of humor and anticipated a lot of our questions. Price is reasonable.

The storage was what I was looking for and the employee Chuck was so nice and helpful in getting everything set up.

I've been a renter at this property since 2021. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience it was my first time getting a storage unit here and the guys here were very kind and thorough.

Prior to signing up, I spoke with Dart on the phone twice. He was very informative and made it feel quick/easy to get a storage unit during a very stressful time. Day of my move, I met with Chuck. He helped me problem solve what unit size would be best for me. He was also incredibly kind and patient. Besides great customer service, this location has really solid security measures and is clean. I feel very secure leaving my belongings here and know that they are well protected.

Chuck is the best! Very kind, patient, professional, respectful and friendly. He also gave me good advice about best practices to avoid lengthy deposit returns, so I followed their advice for my proration, and appreciated them taking the time to help me with this. Also, I felt like my items were safe in storage, the facility was always clean. I used them from the end of February to April (checked out April 26, 2022). Overall, all the experiences I've had with this facility and the management have been good. Moving can be very stressful and not fun! Although I did not have my things stored here, my Uncle did. Me and my husband have made several trips in the last couple weeks to complete moving all of my Uncle's things. Bernie, who works in the office, is a totally awesome guy! His customer service skills are top notch! So although moving is never a fun thing to do (in my book anways), at least Bernie makes any dealings with the office, bill, questions, or whatever is needed , a pleasant experience. He is right their with a smile and positive attitude to help in whatever way he can!! A+++++ Bernie for exceptional customer service skills! Thanks !
