Extremely helpful and professional staff! Knew exactly the best option to store my items while adjusting my living situation. Nicely located and convenient access during office hours if I need to remove a box or place more inside. Jayme was extremely helpful when renting, showing me a unit and finalizing the details.

Hours are until 7 PM as I told the lady you spent 20 minutes locking me out you spent 10 minutes warmibg me the time.Until I am still in the building plesse have faith I am aware of the time. I love this storage love the loading dock love the security. Simple fix just dont spend your time tripping because you're the reason I can move in 2 minutes I do this for a living. Literally 20 minutes you took to cause a late departure.

I’ve had a great experience so far with storing my stuff with this facility. I needed last minute storage and the owners were very accommodating. I even needed to get a larger unit after I realized how much stuff I had and I was able to upgrade easily with zero hassle. The units themselves are safe, secured and well maintained. I would recommend the units to all.

Very informative, helpful, and delightful woman set me up with the most fitting storage unit. It was a pleasure doing business with staff here and I left in a good mood feeling satisfied with my purchase. Most positively indeed would recommend this location to anyone looking to get a storage unit. This was first one I've ever had and i am now very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of storage units. They have awesome security, enjoyable staff, I was treated very kind with spectacular service 5 stars all the way.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place or Jessica. Yes, the building is great! It's new, very secure, easy to access elevator, ramp, well lit, plenty of security cameras, free access to carts to carry heavy boxes and such, and it is climate controlled. All of that is awesome, but I'm sure if you search long enough, you'll find another pretty building with great features...but I find it hard to believe that's you'd find another person like Jessica. She was absolutely incredible! With everything going on with social distancing, things we take for granted are becoming difficult increasingly difficult to navigate. Well, Jessica was still able to get me a map. Not joking, she actually timed it out so that she could leave a map and a card with my access code in the box just outside the door as I was pulling up. She even took the time to talk me though how to get to my unit. Not only did Jessica make this the most pleasant and painless storage rental experience I've ever had, but she was so friendly, funny, and accommodating that I think she might be one of my favorite people I've ever (sort of) met. And yes, Jessica, if you read this, I separated the keys so you don't have to cut my lock...yet. ?
