Get Organized

For many people, exercise helps them de-stress about things in their lives causing them mental exhaustion. When it comes to finding peace of mind within your spaces, it makes sense to exercise as well, only this time instead of running or doing yoga you'll be scheduling time to clean and organize. Here are a few exercises to strengthen your organizational game and help you find bliss:

Run

Cleaning and organizing don't have to come at a sprint. Think of it more as a 10K. Take your time, plan accordingly and don't use all of your energy in the first mile.

Meditate

No, you don't necessarily have to meditate, but take time to relax while you're organizing. Your garage might be a large project, break it into sections and take breaks after finishing each part.

Stretch

This one is literal. Remember to stretch before undertaking any heavy lifting when you're moving, organizing and rearranging large items. Lift with your knees, not your back.
