Great prices, great location, and clean units—but the best part? When you call, an actual human from the location answers the phone. That alone sets this place apart. From my first phone call asking about prices and availability to signing the contract later that same day, the woman who helped me was incredibly helpful, honest, and reliable. She made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Another huge plus: the gates are open until 10 p.m., which is way more convenient than a lot of other storage places. What really stood out to me is their approach to pricing. Most storage facilities raise your rent every year—and usually by a lot. Urban Storage told me that’s not how they do business and that I wouldn’t have to worry about $100-per-year increases. So far, my experience has been excellent. If anything changes as I continue renting, I’ll absolutely update this review—but right now, I’m very impressed and happy I chose this place.

It was all a super easy, stress free experience, made all the easier by the knowledgeable and kind service provided by Cory at the front desk. He asked all the right questions to help me pick out the best storage unit and plan. I cancelled my reservation at the other place, and signed up with Cory on the spot. Cory who was attentive, helpful and professional informed us that we had money coming back since we pre paid and we were leaving early. He got all our contact info and we concluded our business. If you are looking for storage in Tacoma, I recommend ExtraSpace Storage on Sprauge. We needed a place to park our car for the next 18 months and we found the perfect spot! Extra Space Storage on Sprague is clean, secure, affordable, convenient and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a storage immediately and with no hassle I was able to go online, pick the size I want, pay for it, get a code sent to my phone and sign a few things and Done! Upon arrival the facility is clean and very well taken care of. They offered me a complementary lock and there was a cart ready and handy. They made everything so simple.
