I was pleasantly surprised to learn Wailuku Self Storage is under new management, beginning in March! I had a great relationship with previous office staff because I called monthly to authorize my payments. They were always helpful but the rents had been creeping up since I first moved my household goods here in 2017! This month when I called I had several exchanges with Grace who assisted me in getting my account set up for autopay….and to now pull the payment on the 4th, since sometimes that is the first business day of the month! It was an easy process and will very simple going forward! Mahalo nui, Grace!
